Placed online on a Friday morning, by later in the afternoon 7 inspections were booked for Saturday, plus a FaceTime inspection with some expats, intending on returning home from California. Roll-on Saturday and, after inspections were completed, we were holding an acceptable over-the-asking-price offer.
By Sunday morning, we had 2 other parties bidding to secure this excellent Woodend property and by early afternoon, we’d completed the sale and signed contracts at an undisclosed figure about 5% above the asking price.
BTW, the young family from California secured the keys to this charming property!
